This policy explains how refunds work for MyTradingPsychology digital products.
Digital Product Access
The Trading Psychology Diagnosis + 7-Day Reset is a digital product. Once digital content has been delivered or accessed, refunds may be limited because the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.
Our Practical Refund Window
If you purchased by mistake, did not receive the product, or believe there is a serious delivery issue, contact us within 14 days at support@tradingpsychologydiagnosis.com. We will review the request fairly.
When Refunds Are Usually Approved
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You paid but did not receive access or delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- A technical issue prevented access and we could not resolve it.
When Refunds May Be Declined
- You changed your mind after receiving the digital product.
- You expected trading signals, financial advice, or profit promises.
- You shared, copied, or redistributed the product.
Important UK Consumer Note
For UK consumers, digital content cancellation rights can depend on whether you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that your cancellation right may be lost once the digital content is supplied. Make sure your checkout wording matches the delivery model you use.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@tradingpsychologydiagnosis.com with your order email, payment date, and the reason for the request. Replace this email with your live support address before launch.
